ESPN Player brings fans in Europe, Middle East & Africa some of the best in U.S. sports, including U.S. College Football with College Bowls and College Playoff Final, Basketball including March Madness, Lacrosse, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Athletics, Soccer, Baseball, Gymnastics, Wrestling and Softball. Catch-up (replays) are available for 30 days from first aired, some games (due to rights restrictions) will be available for less than 30 days on-demand.
NOTE: not all games will be available as catch-up and studio shows are only availble for 48 hours after first aired.

Can I watch ESPN Player in my country?
ESPN Player is available across every country in Europe, Middle East, Africa and some parts of Asia. ESPN Player is not available in USA or Canada.
You can use your ESPN Player subscription if you move around Europe, Middle East & Africa, for example if you purchase in Italy and travel to Germany you can still watch content. If you purchase in Europe, Middle East or Africa (EMEA) and travel to any non-EMEA country you will not be able to watch ESPN Player. No refunds will be issued for not being able to watch outside of EMEA.

Can I watch ESPN Player on the move around Europe?
If you have purchased an ESPN Player subscription in a European country, you will still be able to access that content when you travel or stay temporarily in another European Country.
On what devices can I watch ESPN Player?
ESPN Player is available on web via ESPNPlayer.com plus as a downloadable app on iOS and Android. You can stream to the big screen on Apple TV (via AirPlay) and Chromecast (via Cast). You can also watch your favourite sports and documentaries on Android TV.
What languages does ESPN Player support?
All video, audio and text content on ESPN Player is currently in English. Some content, usually the most popular events (such as College Football Playoff or March Madness) will be available with additional language commentary. When another language is available on commentary this will be on ESPN Player as a separate feed, clearly noting the language of commentary on the title of the event.
How do I sign up?
To sign up to any of the packages available, simply follow the links to start your 7-Day free trial either within the App or on www.espnplayer.com and pay via in-app purchase on your device or via your payment card;
If you are already a registered user, simply click 'Sign In' at the top of the player or on any slide and enter your username and password.
How do I pay?
Once your 7-Day free trial ends, you will be charged monthly/ yearly unless you cancel. Payment will be taken from your registered card either linked to your device (via Apple Pay or Google Pay) or provided during registration.
All passes automatically recur. Make sure you read the pass information carefully as no refunds will be made on recurring payments due to being unaware of the subscription terms.
Paypal is currently not available as a payment option.
Can I get a refund?
How do I cancel?
If you wish to unsubscribe from an ESPN Player pass, please go to the 'My Account' pages on www.espnplayer.com (desktop version) to cancel your subscription under the 'My Subscription' section.
If you have purchased via your device, please go to the settings and subscriptions on your device to stop the recurring payment.
If you wish to cancel via email, please use the mail icon on this page (bottom right hand corner). In order for your enquiry to be dealt with efficiently, please provide your name, relevant account information and the reason you wish to unsubscribe. If via email, you must inform us of your intent to cancel at least three working days before your subscription renewal date is due to ensure that no automated payment is taken.
Your subscription will be cancelled as of the next billing date (you will still have access up to when your next payment would have been due).
How many devices can I use my log-in on?
You can use your log in on as many devices as you wish, but you can only log in to two devices simultaneously. This means, for example, you can watch one game on your iPad and one on your laptop. If you are logged in to more than two devices you will see an on-screen warning and you will be logged out of your account.
Can I buy a pass to start in the future?
At the moment this function is unavailable. As soon as the transaction is made, your pass is active.
I was looking for ESPN+ or WatchESPN or ESPN3, why have I ended up on ESPN Player?
WatchESPN, ESPN3 and ESPN+ are only available in the United States. You cannot use these services outside of the U.S. - ESPN Player is ESPN’s online streaming platform for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
ESPN Player does not have the same sports/ events or content that you may find on WatchESPN, ESPN3 or ESPN+, so please check the ESPN Player schedules and channel FAQs. ESPN Player will not issue refunds for purchases made from users expecting to see content that would be available on WatchESPN, ESPN +, ESPN3 or any other ESPN network from U.S.
You cannot use your WatchESPN or ESPN3 account details for ESPN Player access.
